DS PIXEL LED VISION 3.0

There for your safety, the intelligent DS PIXEL LED VISION 3.0 headlights adapt to your surroundings by adjusting the lighting according to outside conditions (town, country, weather etc…) and directing light towards bends to improve visibility in corners.

DS ACTIVE SCAN SUSPENSION

This intelligent suspension system uses a camera located at the top of the windscreen as well as several sensors to scan imperfections in the road in real time. It transmits this data in milliseconds to a computer which acts on each of the wheels independently. Depending on the information it receives it continuously makes the suspension harder or softer to ensure you’re as comfortable as possible driving DS 7.

DS DRIVE ASSIST

DS DRIVE ASSIST helps the driver while enabling them to retake control of their car. It’s another step towards autonomous driving. This innovative feature controls speed and distance relative to the vehicle in front and positions DS 7 where the driver wants it in its lane by adjusting the steering. It controls speed and trajectory guaranteeing you’re safe and relaxed at the wheel.

DS NIGHT VISION

An infrared camera located in the grille of DS 7 detects pedestrians and animals at a distance of between 50cm and 100m and displays them in the digital instrument display enabling you to anticipate danger and react calmly. A real safety improvement that guarantees relaxing driving, even in complete darkness.

DS 7 E-TENSE

With its plug-in hybrid power units ranging up to 360 horsepower and 4 wheel drive, DS 7 brings together comfort and efficiency and guarantees you have a smooth and enjoyable drive on every journey. REGENERATIVE BRAKING

With a simple pulse on your gear lever, turn the kinetic energy generated when you decelerate and brake into electricity, thereby extending the electric range of your DS 7. Even if you run out of battery, you can continue to use regenerative braking to improve your fuel consumption.

DRIVE MODES

Our E-TENSE models feature several drive modes:ZERO EMISSIONS mode, activated by default, is ideal for travelling in urban areas. You can travel up to 36 miles in combined cycle (AER combined) and up to 46 miles in city cycle (EAER city), with the E-TENSE 4x4 300 version, without consuming a drop of petrol. Absolute silence on board, exceptional responsiveness: experience new sensations.HYBRID mode enables yo to switch seamlessly between the electric or the internal combustion engine. As useful in town as on the motorway, it helps you to use electric energy in the best way possible.

Activate SPORT mode to unleash the potential of DS 7 E-TENSE. The internal combustion engine will deliver all its power, assisted by the electric motors. Accelerate and repeat: you’ll reach the peak of driver enjoyment.Available on E-TENSE 4x4 300 and E-TENSE 4x4 360 models, 4WD mode will improve drivability on the road or over difficult terrain. The power of the internal combustion engine and electric motors is evenly distributed across all four wheels, greatly improving grip whether the road you’re on is wet, muddy, snowy or winding.

E-SAVE FUNCTION

Programme E-SAVE to store energy for driving in 100% electric mode over the last 10 or 20 miles of your journey. This means you can use the petrol engine whilst driving on the motorway and conserve battery for driving around the town, even in areas where access is restricted for certain types of vehicle (such as low-emission zones).

With three power units available from 225hp to 4-wheel drive versions with 300hp and 360hp, our E-TENSE models have CO₂ emissions up to 40g/km.
